How Do We Do It?

We start the process of developing a customised programme by meeting with a client and conducting a needs assessment. We then offer recommendations for a range of services that may suit the context such as training, coaching, and team building.

Our clients then chose the solution(s) that suit them best. 

Our programmes can be as broad or as narrow as our clients want them to be, and can include a number of add-on features.

For instance we offer a training for trainers module where we train you or people within your organisation to deliver the programme, keeping all of your training in-house.

We also offer psychometric profiling of individuals, teams or whole organisations to see who you are and how you could improve.

Lastly we can conduct pre and post programme evaluation and reporting, so you really know the benefits you get from the programme.

Training

We develop tailored, psychologically based training programmes on the broad topics of workplace wellness and personal wellbeing (e.g., resilience, stress, leadership, diversity management, bullying, communication).

Coaching and Mentoring

We offer both team and individual coaching with a focus on building strengths and promoting wellness.
