Jaimee Stuart, PhD, MSc, BA
Jaimee is a social and developmental psychologist with expertise in resilience and well-being. She has extensive experience in research, training development, and facilitation. Jaimee is responsible for Infer’s creative direction in terms of research and training and plays an important role in developing and delivering our high quality products.
Jovana Balanovic, MSc
Jovana holds an MSc in cross-cultural psychology specialising in identity development and well-being. She has worked as a trainer and facilitator in the business and community sectors, and is passionate about bridging the gap between research and business. Jovana engages in training development, research, and facilitation for Infer.
Ranga Gunathilake, MBA
Ranga is qualified in management and finance, with expertise in business and leadership development. He draws upon a wealth of experience in the private sector, with a particular focus on service delivery and relationship management. Ranga is responsible for the strategic direction and vision of Infer.
Anna Running, MSc, PhD Candidate
Anna is currently completing her Doctorate in psychology. She has worked and studied internationally in North America, Europe, and Oceania, and has extensive experience in the private and public sectors. Anna engages in training development, research, and facilitation for Infer.
Reneeta Mogan, PhD Candidate
Reneeta is currently completing her Doctorate in cross-cultural psychology. She has extensive experience as a trainer in the business and community sectors. Reneeta is passionate about evidence based training, and engages in facilitation and training development for Infer.
Kelly Stuart, BA
Kelly has experience supporting organisations in challenging and complex projects as a project and event managemeny. Kelly is both a relationship and project manager for Infer, and is responsible for organising training, supporting clients, and stakeholder management.
Neill Ballantyne, BA
Neill is an experienced community development practitioner who has works in diversity training and youth development. He has a special interest in supporting social minorities and assisting organisations and businesses to be more accessible. Neill works with Infer to facilitate training and research.
