I'm Well: The Integrated Model of Wellness
We structure all of our programmes on I’m Well (Integrated Model of Wellness)™ . The model aims at encouraging multifactorial wellbeing so that organisations and individuals can flourish. I’m Well contains three major domains:
Physical Wellness: Understanding the relationship between health and performance as well as maintaining healthy levels of stress. Encouraging work life balance while reducing the experience of fatigue and burnout.
Emotional Wellness: Building positive coping strategies to promote resilience and mental health. Also, increasing emotional intelligence, and being able to identify strengths in the self and others.
Cultural and Social Wellness: Being able to relate to and connect with others by establishing and maintaining positive relationships. Fostering open, authentic communication with family, friends and co-workers.
The following three programmes are ready-made to fit most needs.
