This course introduces participants to the essential concepts and practices of intercultural awareness to help them navigate diverse environments with greater confidence and sensitivity. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how culture influences interaction, build the language and tools needed to engage more effectively across cultural boundaries, and lay the groundwork for ongoing development in intercultural competency.

The online course offered as two sequential 3-hour trainings; Foundations of Intercultural Competency and Mastering Intercultural Competency.
Foundations of Intercultural Competency introduces participants to the essential concepts and practices of intercultural awareness to help them navigate diverse environments with greater confidence and sensitivity.
Mastering Intercultural Competency builds upon the principles of the Foundations of Intercultural Competency course, enhancing participants’ ability to engage effectively across cultures. It equips individuals with advanced skills and insights to promote inclusivity and mutual respect in both professional and personal settings.

This course aims to develop knowledge concerning the neuroscience of unconscious bias and develop skills to mitigate the negative outcomes of bias in real-world situations. This course will assist participants in developing their understanding of how bias shapes perceptions, decisions, and behaviours of individuals, how it impacts organisations and how to address it effectively to build an inclusive culture.

Foundations of Unconscious Bias provides insight into the psychological roots of bias and equips participants with tools to reduce its influence in everyday interactions.
Mastering Unconscious Bias builds on the concepts explored in Foundations of Unconscious Bias designed to equip participants with the skills and strategies needed to address bias in meaningful and practical ways.

Our team is highly trained in research methods, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, as well as process and outcome evaluation. We can work with you to develop data collection methods, conduct research, advise on research processes, or interpret your own data.

This course introduces the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion and highlights a set of principles to engage in authentic DEI action. The aim is to develop skills for working effectively and grow leadership and advocacy. The course will assist anyone working in a role interfacing with a range of people.

This course focuses on developing participants’ awareness and understanding of their own emotions and those of others. The aim is to assist individuals in using SQ and EQ to manage themselves and their relationships effectively – particularly in challenging situations.

Diverse and globalised contexts require new ways of engaging with customers. This course aims to support sales staff to connect with the values and styles of diverse people in their work. The course is aimed at those working in direct sales, or supporting those in these positions to sell effectively in multicultural contexts.
Customised programmes begin with consultation and conducting a needs assessments and then making recommendations for a range of services that may suit the context such as training, coaching, and team building.
Customised Courses
We also assist organisations to develop diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy through a detailed consultative process. This process provides wrap-around support, evidence, and expertise to assess and address needs specific to each workplace. We also partner with you to design and implement actionable plans that support diversity strategy.
